We are currently seeking motivated customer service representatives (M/F/d) for various clients and industries to perform simple office tasks, including:

  • Are you skilled with numbers and interested in invoice processing?
  • Do you have a knack for working with children and explaining how to use a game console?
  • Are you passionate about travel and able to book flights and hotels?
  • Do you have a love for cars and understand how modern assistance systems communicate with each other, able to explain this to others?
  • Are you a savvy shopper and knowledgeable about loyalty cards and point redemption?
  • Perhaps you have an interest in lifestyle products and enjoy providing advice to customers?
  • Are you familiar with smartphones and able to guide others on how to use them?
As you can see, we offer a variety of opportunities in customer support / customer service. What do you need to bring to the table?

  • Interest in an officebased position
  • Fluent in German (B2 level or higher) and one of the following languages: English, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Danish, Czech, Estonian, Norwegian, or Finnish
  • Availability for shift work
  • Willingness to learn new skills
