What you need to be qualified for this job

Employees are required to have the following:

  • Excellent Communication
  • Problem-Solving and flexibility
  • A commitment to the health and wellbeing of others
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Desire to improve the quality of life for a person with disabilities
  • Experience working with disabled individuals preferred
  • A high school education (or GED)
  • Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license, insurance and registration
  • Must be at least 18 years or older
  • Personal cell phone with US number
