Prior supervisory experience is a MUST

The In-School Therapy Program Manager is responsible for managing and supervising our school-based mental health services program in Charles County.

Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, the Clinical Coordinator will be responsible for assuring the quality of services provided to the clients and coordinating day-to-day operations of the program.

SCHEDULE - DAYS M-F, 40-hour workweek, with flexibility based on deliverables and workload

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Overall responsibility for client records, including oversight of treatment plans and quality assurance.
Manage productivity of inschool personnel to achieve budgetary goals and program benchmarks
Attending interagency meetings as requested by Clinical Director.
Public relations with program stakeholders and multiagency groups.
Provide direct client service at 60% of the agency standard (based on number of supervisees).
Responsible for weekly staff meetings, training, goalbased performance evaluations and disciplinary action for all employees supervised.

REQUIREMENTS

MA, MS or MSW with Clinical Licensure; PhD or PsyD with License.
Minimum three years postmasters experience.
Boardapproved to supervise other licensed therapists preferred
Supervision experience preferred.
Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
Must obtain and maintain your own professional liability insurance policy.
Successfully complete State and Federal background investigation and drug test.
