Description
We are currently seeking a full-time Technical Service Employee (m/f/d) to join our team in Tucson Mountains, AZ.
Your responsibilities:
- Operation and maintenance of building technology (building automation, call light, telephone, TV, electrical and door systems)
- Repair and testing of electronic beds and recliners
- Handling of internal fault reports
- Ensuring a high level of hygiene in the drinking water supply
- Assumption of duties as hazardous goods officer
- Commissioning, monitoring and supervision of external companies
- Documentation in the operating software
- Ordering of necessary spare parts
- Other janitorial services as needed
- Performance of inspection, maintenance and repair work
- Participation in oncall duty for technical emergencies
Your profile:
- Completed technical training, preferably in the field of electrical engineering, alternatively in heating, plumbing, air conditioning or a comparable equivalent education
- Willingness to familiarize and work in various trades of building technology
- Independent, responsible and flexible work style
- Teamwork, service orientation and commitment
