    MUST HAVESYears of experience 2-3 Knowledge of 2 years of experience writing user stories/requirements in Rally or equivalent tool 2 years of experience with data analysis database design and modeling data mining or equivalent combination of transferrable experience as data modeler 2 years of experience using Erwin or similar modeling tools 2 years of experience writing SQL queries 2 years of technical writing and storytelling of data Working knowledge of SDLC methodologySkill In Strong oral and written communications skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong decision-making skills High critical thinking skills problem solving and quantitative analysis Strong organizational and workload and planning Effective in prioritize tasks efficiently with high level and attention to detailAbility To Ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels within the organization (non-technical and technical) Demonstrate ability to adapt to change and collaborate as part of a team Ability to manage tasks independently without close supervision taking ownership of responsibilities and being accountable Must demonstrate initiative and effective independent decision-making skills Ability to communicate technical information clearly and articulately Ability to drive clarity of purpose and goals during release and planning activitiesKnowledge of Experience with Data Warehousing Experience
