    Position Overview

    The

    Manager,Residential Appraisers

    will work underthe direction of the Chief/Deputy Chief Appraiser of the Bank or designee. The candidate will contributeto the development of department policies and procedures. Coordinate andmaintain workflow of USPAP compliant residential appraisals for the Bank. Responsiblefor the quality of appraisal reports. Maintain strong appraisal panel. Provideguidance and direction to appraisers.

    Participate in long and short-termplanning and goal development and any other appraisal related duties asdetermined by Chief/Deputy Chief Appraiser of the Bank or designee.

    Role and Responsibilities

    Manage Residential Staff Appraisers and Reviewers

    Responsible for Service, Quality, and Production of Residential Appraisals

    Ensure Appraisals meet USPAP and Quality Control and Regulatory Standards

    Maintain a qualified and competent Appraisal Panel

    Manage Residential Review Process

    Communicate and assist with Appraisers & Internal Customers

    Manage Residential Appraisal Related Projects

    Provide Status and Market Reports

    Additional duties as needed

    Minimum Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience

    Current California Certified Residential or Certified General License

    Minimum 5 years of appraisal experience

    Minimum3 years managing projects and people, including selection, training andevaluation, and development of goals and objectives.

    Thorough knowledge of real estate appraisal principals and practice, real estate appraisal laws and regulations, and USPAP

    Extensive knowledge of banking requirements and regulations

    Must possess excellent organizational, communication, writing and customer service skills and a professional attitude in all environments

    Ability to develop prioritize, organize, and accomplish specific goals and plans

    Excellent management skills as well asknowledge and ability to motivate personnel
