Are you passionate about helping others achieve their employment goals?

As a Full-Time Employment Specialist (Mental Health) at HopeLink, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health conditions in securing and maintaining meaningful employment within the Arlington, VA community.

What you'll do

:

Conduct assessments to identify clients' vocational interests, skills, and abilities.
Develop individualized employment plans that match clients with suitable job opportunities.
Provide onsite and offsite job coaching to ensure successful job placement and retention.
Deliver engaging psychoeducational courses to equip clients with job readiness skills.
Build strong relationships with clients, employers, and community providers to foster a supportive network.

What we're looking for

:

Bachelor's degree required in rehabilitation counseling, social work, or a related human services field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum one year of experience working with adults or youth with mental health challenges.
Strong clinical writing skills and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
High emotional intelligence with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
