- Ensure adequate stock of groceries, household, and cleaning supplies, as well as typical items kept in stock throughout the home.
- Maintain a comprehensive inventory system to track supplies and notify when items need replenishing.
- Utilize basic computer skills to assist with family schedules, place online orders for delivery, track progress, and take notes for transparency purposes.
- Maintain digital records and documents related to household tasks and activities.
- Coordinate with handyman companies or contractors for house maintenance tasks.
- Perform basic household maintenance tasks such as organizing storage spaces, and closets, and checking various household inventories.
- Run errands such as collecting packages, and dropping off/picking up items as needed.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and calendar management.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Hours of work may vary weekly up to 15 hours a week
- Previous work experience as a personal assistant, or related job experience is a plus but not required
- Take the initiative to finish tasks responsibly
- Superb time management skills and communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and schedules
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including email and internet research
