As a LAN Analyst for the client's Americas team, you will have the opportunity to work both independently and as part of a team on complex network projects.

You will develop your professional network and leadership skills as you support a wide variety of network-related solutions. You will also utilize your technical skillset and business understanding to help solve critical business problems.

This role will work with the LAN team to provide support for all of the client's locations across the Americas.

Typical Day:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve LAN issues and replace defective components as neededRespond as needed to support requests that relate to LAN development and supportProvide off-shift support for critical incidents.

Team members rotate through an on-call schedule, requiring occasional off-shift and weekend support callsWork directly, as needed, with business partners and vendors with integration of infrastructureDesign and implement processes and process improvements to aid in development and supportFollow ITSM process and documentation for all changesCollaborate with other technical teams as needed to plan and execute changes (i.e., firewall, VPN, wireless, NAC, etc.)Advise business partners regarding technical questions/issues in the LAN space

Pay:
$ $49.00 per hour
