- Manage cost and schedule for defined scope of work, ensuring product decisions are in alignment with the budgets and financial guidelines; staffing needs are met; staffing plan aligns with budget and schedule constraints
- Maintain alignment between the agile backlog and the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), allocating the budget, and tracking progress of backlog to inform credit for effort
- Partner with the content owners (Portfolio Product Managers, Solution Managers, ART Product Managers) and the orchestrators (Portfolio Orchestrator, Solution Train Engineers and Release Train Engineers) to ensure accurate status, forecasts and understanding of impacts and variances.
- Build and maintain a schedule and roadmap that shows when EBDT capabilities are needed in order to meet acceleration milestones
- Define capabilities that EBDT services need to provide in order to meet acceleration needs; map EBDT capabilities to acceleration needs
- Significant Project/Program Management experience (cost/budgeting, schedule, risk evaluation/mitigation, & project execution)
- Demonstrated work experience to effectively and independently perform in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Proven business acumen to manage multiple assignments and projects with the ability to balance technical requirements with business needs and affordability
- Strong planning, communication and presentation skills, the capability to listen and influence, and is proficient in project management.
- Demonstrated collaboration and teaming skills at all levels of the organization and work experience developing effective stakeholder and partner relationships
- Proven ability to lead diverse virtual teams
- Demonstrated experience in governance management
- Demonstrated ability to drive common services, common processes, and best practices
- Fundamental knowledge of Agile methodology and planning.

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Colorado Pay StatementPay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $100,400 - $192,500 .
Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Non-represented full-time employees:
accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.
Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.This position is incentive plan eligible.

The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $115,500 - $217,500.
