Position Summary The primary purpose of this position is to provide technology support services to the faculty, staff, and graduate teaching assistants within the College of Visual and Performing Arts at UNCG.
We are seeking a diverse applicant pool where the primary role for this position will include maintaining the entire inventory of computer equipment/faculty workstations for CVPA (500+ machines, the majority of which are MACs), contributes to policy development and decision making on technological issues, provides one-on-one IT support for faculty, staff, and graduate teaching assistants, maintains four computer labs, and assists with data management and data recovery.
