Nitto Advanced Nonwoven Ascania GmbH is a specialist in the development, production, and distribution of nonwoven components for hygiene, medical, cleaning, and cosmetic products.

We are currently seeking a Production Manager (m/f/d) for Nitto Advanced Nonwoven Ascania GmbH - located in Aschersleben.


Your main responsibilities:
Optimizing business operations while balancing productivity, quality, and workplace safety Developing and ensuring the implementation of strategic measures to achieve budgeted company goals Fostering a positive work culture focused on goal orientation and cross-departmental collaboration Complying with and ensuring adherence to legal regulations, collective bargaining agreements, quality, company and group policies, and requirements from regulatory authorities Disciplinary management of responsible personnel for the production lines Carded, SAC, and CAC, as well as the departments of research & development and maintenance Initiating and taking responsibility for investment and maintenance projects, as well as measures for cost savings and CO2 reduction (administration, progress and cost control, approval process) Shaping the positioning of the company as an attractive employer Leading and developing organizational structures, e
