**Job Description:
- *
- Answer telephone inquiries on the Division's automated Contact Center
- Assist customers inquiries regarding Business tax/employer registry, public business filings and records, Notaries Public, Business Records, Apostilles, and other programs administered by DORES
- Make authorized updates to online accounts. i.e. add/end eligibilities, update addresses. Put aside those that require higher level changes.
