- Review and prepare complex fiduciary and income tax returns.
- Provide tax planning and consulting to high-net-worth clients for estate and individual income taxes.
- Build impactful relationships with new and existing clients and maintain relationships with firm leadership.
- Take responsibility for accurate time and billing for self and team.
- Responsible for training, supervising and ongoing development of associates and seniors.
- Develop a working knowledge of the clients business, take responsibility for completing assigned tasks, and meet client deadlines.
- Actively solicit new client relationships and participate in client/potential client seminars to expand networking opportunities.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws, regulations, and accounting standards, and proactively apply new knowledge to client engagements.
- Collaborate with other tax professionals within the firm to coordinate efforts, share knowledge, and ensure efficient and effective delivery of tax services.
- Hold self and direct reports responsible for achieving developmental goals
- Mentor and coach junior team members.
- Professional Development: Participate in training programs and professional development activities to enhance technical knowledge and develop industry-specific expertise.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- 7+ years' of relevant work and industry experience within Private Client Services/Family Office tax
- Prior experience managing engagements and clients
- Formal mentoring relationships with all levels of staff
- Ability to work independently, but also work well with others
- CPA License or EA required
- Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation
- 3+ years' supervisory experience
- Software Experience – CCH ProSystem and CCH Axcess

We're hiring for a Tax Manager/Senior Manager – Private Client Services (PCS) for our South Florida office. The Private Client Services (PCS) Tax Practice focuses on tax business planning, advisory & compliance services for ultra-wealthy families as well as multi-general wealth planning. The group specializes in the taxation of gifts, trusts, estates, foundations, closely held entities and individual returns.
