Description

Our IT department operates a Microsoft-based IT infrastructure to support innovative construction projects at SPITZKE. We are looking for an Application Support Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team in El Macero, CA.

What excites you:

System Support: Supporting and optimizing our ERP industry solution NEVARIS Finance based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

IT Operations: Ensuring smooth operation in collaboration with users, key users, the IT support team, and our service provider NEVARIS (e.g. application-related issues, user account management, permission management, update management, maintenance of user interface, monitoring of interfaces and server systems)

Consulting: Communicating with manufacturers/external service providers, internal departments, and employees, e.g. through internal training or conducting requirement analyses and feasibility studies

Projects: Prioritizing and evaluating new requirements, expanding and customizing modules and functions, mask layouts and reports, and expanding our interfaces using the data integration solution LOBSTER_DATA.

What excites us:

Qualifications: Completed IT apprenticeship or solid professional experience in the ERP environment (ideally NEVARIS Finance or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central - formerly Microsoft Dynamics NAV)

Skills: Knowledge of designing and customizing ERP applications; experience with Microsoft SQL databases as well as APIs and web services

Initiative: Solution-oriented and responsible work ethic.
