Specialist for Payroll and HR Systems (m/f/d)

What you can expect from us:
Processing of time and payroll data up to the creation of salary and wage statements for a defined group of employees
Handling of new hires, terminations, and special cases in payroll (garnishments, direct insurances, etc.)
Active communication with employees, supervisors, authorities (social security carriers, tax offices), and partners
Maintaining digital personnel files and master data, creating certificates, references, etc.
Project work on the harmonization and modernization of our HR systems, processes, and structures
