Description
At our location in Dingolfing / Landshut / Wörth an der Isar, we are looking for a full-time employee, Omar, to join our team.
Your mission will be to:
- Tackle tasks: Receive, forward, and track all technical reports and inquiries; support the object managers in employee scheduling
- Inspire for technology: Record and process incoming fault reports via email and phone; provide updates on the status of processing
- Analyze systematically: Quickly analyze technical malfunctions of all systems
- Take responsibility: Followup and document completed tasks and measures in a softwarebased solution (SAP, CAFM)
- Ensure communication: Coordinate with all parties involved regarding the malfunctions and their resolution; be a valuable point of contact for customers for all technical questions on site
Your profile should include:
- Education: Commercial training with a technical background
