Overview:
We are seeking a bilingual English/Chinese speaker, eager to learn, and detail-oriented to join our team.

As an Import Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our company.

This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.


Duties:

• Manage daytoday operations, communications, processes related to air & ocean shipments, customs brokerage, and domestic cargo.
• Manage business relationships and monitor performance to ensure quality and timely delivery of goods and services.
• Ensure accurate customer billing and agent invoicing.
• Handle quotation requests from operational partners, agents, and respond promptly.
• Work with our overseas contacts to resolve any issues.

Requirements:

• Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Bilingual English/Chinese is required
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Pay:
$33,600.00 per year
