    This position is located in Longwood FL.

    We are local agency looking for a dynamic property and casualty Licensed Agent for our busy auto and home insurance agency.

    Insurance Agent Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Develop leads and schedule appointments with clients
    • Determine the specific needs of particular clients by researching current coverage and available options
    • Answer questions related to coverage and payment
    • Help customers complete all paperwork properly
    • Obtain underwriting approval by completing the application for coverage

    Insurance Agent Requirements and Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Prior sales experience needed
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office
    • Strong communication skills
    • Organized, self-motivated, and proactive in problem-solving
    • Must be property and casualty licensed (Bi-lingual a plus).
    • You must already have your Florida 220 or 440 licenses to qualify for this job
    • Excellent computer skills
    • Dependable
    • Strong relationship building skills
    • Professionalism is required
