Description

This role is leader of the graphic production studio responsible for the timely and high-quality production and delivery of large format creative assets.

Though some design experience is helpful, it should be stated that this not a graphic design position.

The Associate will collaborate with the creative director and other leaders to produce visual concepts, maintaining project timelines, brand consistency, resource allocation, interdepartmental communication, and budget management for graphic production projects.

It is vital in this role to stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance the team's efficiency and capabilities.

Being a leader at Pride Group, it is the expectation that the Associate foster a collaborative and creative work environment while ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.

This role will be devoted to maintaining and improving the Pride Group Culture and Pride Posture, for all Associates.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:


Project Management:


  • Plan, organize, and execute multiple graphic production projects simultaneously, ensuring they meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Allocate resources effectively, and resolve any issues or bottlenecks.

Team Leadership:


  • Mentor, and develop a team of production professionals, fostering their growth and skills.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, set goals, and provide constructive feedback.

Quality Assurance:


  • Maintain strict quality control over all graphic materials produced, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and creative vision.
  • Review and approve final deliverables before release.

Resource Allocation:

Manage the allocation of graphic production resources, including supplies and tools, to optimize productivity and cost-effectiveness.


Budget Management:


  • Develop and manage budgets for graphic production projects, tracking expenses and identifying costsaving opportunities.

Creative Collaboration:


  • Collaborate closely with creative directors, designers, and other stakeholders to translate creative concepts into compelling visual materials.
  • Provide input and recommendations to enhance design processes and outcomes.

Technology and Tools:


  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design software to ensure the team is equipped with the latest tools and knowledge.

Process Improvement:


  • Continuously identify opportunities to streamline graphic production workflows, improve efficiency, and reduce errors.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:


  • Maintain the endtoend process of graphic production, from initial concept discussions to final delivery.
  • Ensure that all graphic materials, including print and digital assets, are produced at the highest quality and in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain a repository of design assets, templates, and style guides to facilitate efficient production processes.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, such as marketing, advertising, and product development, to understand their design needs and deliver solutions.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the graphic production team.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed for specialized design and printing services.
  • Regularly assess team performance, provide training as necessary, and recommend staffing adjustments to meet workload demands.
  • Ensure the team adheres to project timelines, and proactively address any delays or issues that may arise.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with thirdparty suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring costeffective services.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting creativity and teamwork among team members.

ROLE QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Fleet Graphics Installer/Vinyl Installation.
  • Proven minimum of 1 year of experience in graphics production

Proficiency in 3M Materials, Roland and HP large format printers
:


  • Minimum 1 year + experience with Adobe Illustrator.
  • Strong project management skills, including budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
  • Creative vision and a passion for design excellence.
  • Knowledge of printing processes and digital media production.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Leadership and teambuilding abilities.
  • Written and verbal skills
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (illustrator), specifically Photoshop and Illustrator, as well as Caldera, Roland VersaWorks XTool and FlexiSign software.
