The Bamberger Academies for Health and Nursing Professions are the largest educational company in the healthcare sector in Upper Franconia, with five vocational schools and a wide range of advanced training courses and seminars.

Each year, over 1600 participants attend our educational events, as well as 500 apprentices who complete vocational training at our various schools.


We are currently seeking a Practice Instructor (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible, either part-time or full-time.


Your profile:

  • Experience in longterm care settings
  • Involvement in the conception and implementation of futureoriented educational concepts is part of your understanding of pedagogical action
  • You have pedagogical skills and a solutionoriented approach
  • You are able to work independently and in an organized manner
  • You have organizational and planning skills

Your responsibilities:

  • Participation in the planning, organization, and conception of educational measures
  • Implementation of skills training into ongoing programs
  • Acting as a learning companion for participants and supporting them in their learning process
  • Responsible for planning, conducting, and evaluating practical lessons
  • Networking
