Growing national automotive group is seeking an experienced automotive biller/title-registration clerk for an immediate opportunity in the Yonkers, NY area- Great opportunity for career advancement as the group is constantly seeking talented individuals to join the team and advance their careers within the company
- This role is within the accounting office and is responsible for verifying costs related to the sale of vehicles, handling the legal transfer of documents for the DMV, and ensuring the proper completion of deal documentation
Responsibilities
- Process titles and registrations for all vehicle sales of a highvolume dealership
- Process title, registration, and license plate paperwork
- Submit all required documentation to the DMV
- Ensure work is completed accurately and timely
- Manage vehicle sale documentation
- Verify information provided by F&I (Finance and Insurance), review sale and cost data, control all vehicle sale documents
- Prepare/review tax paperwork
- Process dealer trades, swaps and wholesale deals
- Stock in vehicles and assist with inventory control
Skills and Qualifications
- Prior automotive experience in a similar role is preferred
- Title, registration, DMV/CVR (computerized vehicle registration), etc.
- CDK experience is preferred
- Ability to exceed in fastpaced environment
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Pay:
$ $29.00 per hour
