Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly face of our agency. Your responsibilities will include answering phones, billing inquiries, and payments, coordinating prospecting activities, cross-selling, and setting personalized insurance reviews. You'll also handle tasks such as entering leads, claims follow-up, and other tasks as needed to support the agent.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Two years of customer service experience is preferred, but we
value individuals with a positive attitude and a commitment to exceptional service.

Preferred: Possession of Property and Casualty insurance licensing (required before starting employment). If you're not currently licensed, you must be willing to obtain your license. The cost of obtaining the license is reimbursed by the agency.
