Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Fort Liberty, North Carolina

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensed to practice in the state of North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience working with K-12 students. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting functional behavior assessments, and providing training and support to educators, caregivers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans for students.
Design and implement behavior intervention strategies based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create and maintain effective behavior management programs.
Provide ongoing training and support to school staff and caregivers on behavior management techniques and strategies.
Monitor student progress and make adjustments to intervention plans as needed.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and intervention outcomes.
Stay current with best practices and research in the field of behavior analysis.

Qualifications:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Licensed to practice as a BCBA in the state of North Carolina.
Minimum of three years of experience working with K-12 students.
Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Dedication to providing high-quality, evidence-based services to students and families.
