    We are looking for a passionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to expand our services and make a significant difference in the lives of children and families.

    About the Role:

    Position: BCBA – clinical supervisor
    Job Type: Full-time
    Location: Center-Based
    Salary: Up to $101,400.00 per year

    As a BCBA at Opal Autism Centers, your role is crucial to our center's success. We are looking for a candidate who:

    • Enjoys interacting directly with clients, establishing meaningful connections.
    • Collaborates with team members, families, and other agencies effectively.
    • Excels in providing parent training and tailoring interventions for children aged 18 months to 10.
    • Is motivated to provide supervision to clinicians and maintain clinical quality and compliance.

    Skills & Qualifications:
    • Minimum 6 months-1 year as a BCBA.
    • Active BCBA Certification & LBA.
    • BACB-approved 8-hour supervision training.
    • Active CPR & First Aid Certification.
    • Criminal background check free of specific offenses.
    • Safety Care Certification within 30 days.
    • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
    Physical Requirements:
    • Willingness to work on-site.
    • English fluency.
    • Able to demonstrate physical skills.
    • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
