Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various departments to gather information and content for RFP responses.
- Analyze RFP requirements and develop comprehensive response strategies.
- Write clear, concise, and persuasive content tailored to each RFP.
- Manage multiple RFPs simultaneously and prioritize deadlines accordingly.
- Maintain a repository of RFP content and templates for future use.
- Track and report on RFP outcomes and win rates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in proposal writing, RFP management, or similar roles preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
