- Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of professional experience
- At least 2 years of professional data analytics experience
- At least 1 year of professional experience or academic training using at least one programming language (SQL, Python, R, Scala, Octave, SAS, MATLAB, or similar)
- At least 2 years of professional experience using at least one data visualization software (Tableau and/or Power BI)
- Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in one of the following fields: Business, Economics, Statistics, Physics, Math, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, Operations Research, Social Sciences, STEM OR a quantitative field
- Proven desire to combine rich business acumen and explore various data sources to uncover hidden trends and opportunities for the organization
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with strong organizational, planning and interpersonal skills
- Expertise in presenting to both internal and external business customers
- Proven track record of simplifying large and complex problems, working with multiple data sources and techniques, to uncover data-driven solutions and actionable insights that drive business results
- 3+ years of professional experience with Consumer, Marketing, and/or Loyalty analytics, including, but not limited to, consumer behavior analysis, loyalty program analysis, consumer profiling, multi-touch marketing attribution
- 3+ years of professional experience with Tableau or Power BI dashboard development and Tableau or Power BI for analysis
- Able to provide a GitHub, portfolio, or samples of prior analytics work and projects
- This is a progressive role that will be filled at the level based on the skills and experience of the selected candidate.
- The salary range for this job is between $82,000 and $105,000. Salary will take into consideration several factors including location.

In this role, you will serve as a key analytics consultant across multiple marketing and loyalty teams and serve in an integral role by leveraging data and analytical thought leadership to develop solutions and tactics that benefit Hallmark and our consumers.
