At Qunomedical, we are seeking new team members who share our vision of a patient-centered healthcare system. Our goal is to help clinics and hospitals exceed expectations by providing exceptional digital patient experiences. We also directly support patients by guiding them before, during, and after their treatment.

As a Social Media & Community Specialist, you will be a valuable member of our Marketing team, which includes experts in Paid Marketing, CRM, SEO, content, and design.

Our focus is on providing relevant information and inspiring patients with options they may not have known were available, such as higher quality care, lower costs, and faster appointments.

This position is based in Berlin, but remote work from anywhere in Germany is possible.

What will challenge you in this role?

Developing and implementing a social media strategy aligned with business goals, primarily on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok
Collaborating with designers and content creators (both internal and external) to produce engaging content
Managing our patient community by facilitating conversations, finding inspiring patient stories, building a base of brand ambassadors, and creating content with them
Working closely with CRM, Marketing, and Product teams to enhance the patient experience
Defining KPIs, conducting regular reporting, and taking action on risks and opportunities
