Job Overview:

Duties:


  • Oversee the export operations of the company, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements.
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor and analyze profit and loss statements related to export operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts and terms to optimize cost and quality.
  • Implement effective materials management strategies to ensure adequate stock levels for export orders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in export regulations, adjusting strategies and processes accordingly.
  • Utilize ecommerce platforms for efficient export operations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing export operations.
  • Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
  • Demonstrated experience in supplier management, and vendor relationship management.
  • Proficient in order fulfillment processes, including logistics coordination and documentation.

$40, $45,000.00 per year
