Employee for Technical Building Equipment (TGA) (m/f/d)

Your tasks include:

Responsibility for the operation, renovation and further development of technical building systems in a team Preparation and implementation of maintenance, repair and refurbishment measures in the building stock, invoice verification Participation in the construction and operation of photovoltaic systems, balcony power plants, etc.

Determination and monitoring of technical standards as well as sustainability goals Representation of the client towards construction and trade companies as well as authorities Correspondence with members, tenants and business partners Your profile:
