We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Bar Manager to oversee operations at two of our esteemed restaurants.


As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for leading the bar teams at MANGONI and helena modern riviera, ensuring smooth operations, exceptional customer service, and consistent profitability.

You will collaborate closely with the General Managers and Executive Chefs to uphold our standards of excellence and drive the success of our beverage programs.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee all aspects of bar operations, including staffing, training, inventory management, and menu development.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating and empowering team members to deliver topnotch service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, minimize costs, and achieve financial targets.
  • Maintain inventory levels and beverage quality through effective ordering and supplier relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on key performance metrics and initiatives.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a diverse team.
  • Indepth knowledge of bar operations, including mixology, inventory management, and cost control.
  • Excellent organizational and problemsolving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • TIPS or equivalent certification preferred.

Pay:
$50, $60,000.00 per year
