Description

The administrative office of the Evangelical Church District Aachen is currently a service provider for the Aachen Church District, nine church communities, and their institutions, with a team of 19 employees. The administrative office consists of the departments of the Superintendent, Assets, and Central Department.

We are currently seeking a full-time department head (m/f/d) for the Real Estate and Business Management Department (GBWL) to join our administrative office in a permanent position as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

Development, preparation, and presentation of strategic plans
Interdisciplinary controlling
Consultation on the implementation of building needs planning
Project management, particularly in real estate development
Development of operational and strategic key figures
Preparation of analyses and target-actual comparisons as needed
Support and consultation of committees

We expect:

Completed university degree in business administration and/or engineering or equivalent qualifications
Controlling and construction expertise
Leadership skills
Open communication and teamwork
Close collaboration with other departments
Mobility within the church district
