    Description


    The ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Analyst will oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the company's ERP and other systems.

    They will be responsible for ensuring the systems are efficient, effective and aligned with the business needs.

    Key Accountabilities

    Support and oversee ERP and other systems projects.
    Ensure that ERP and other systems are integrated and aligned with business needs.
    Develop and implement processes for managing and maintaining ERP and other systems.
    Collaborate with departmental teams to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of ERP and other systems.
    Supervise the installation, configuration, integration, and customization of the ERP and other systems.
    Ensure the data migration from the legacy systems to the new systems is accurate and complete.
    Conduct quality assurance and user acceptance testing of the systems.
    Provide training and support to the system users and administrators.
    Evaluate the system performance and benefits after implementation.
    Drive process improvements leveraging the overall system/software landscape.
    Provide support and development of BI dashboards. Focusing on sales, finance, manufacturing, purchasing, costing and inventory.
    Other duties as necessary.

    Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field required.
    7+ years of experience in ERP and systems management and implementation.
    Knowledge of ERP and other system functionalities, modules, and best practices.
    Proficiency in system management tools and methodologies.
    Excellent technical, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines.
    Exposure or previous experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
    Ability to travel as required.
