Education and/or Equivalent Experience:
- Graduation with a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field or major coursework in project management, plus six (6) years of progressively responsible work experience in managing projects.
Licenses and Certifications Required:
- None.
_Capital Delivery Project Manager_
Education and/or Equivalent Experience:
- Graduation with a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in engineering, architecture, or construction science, plus eight (8) years of experience in a field related to engineering, architecture, or construction management.
OR- Graduation with a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in any field, plus ten (10) years of experience in a field related to engineering, architecture, or construction management.

The Capital Delivery Services Department Project Managers are at the forefront of positive city-wide transformation by managing impactful projects from their conceptual stage through construction.
This position demands meticulous attention to detail coupled with a strategic vision, as our project managers play a pivotal role in overseeing project scope, schedule and budget.
They are instrumental in steering projects seamlessly through every stage of design and construction, ensuring a holistic and successful project delivery.- You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- The Capital Delivery Services Department is comprised of multiple facilities located throughout Austin. If you are selected for this position, and meet the
Driver Safety Standards in the City of Austin
Driver Safety Program, you may drive when necessary to multiple locations as part of your regular job duties. Otherwise, you are responsible for getting to and from these locations.

The City of Austin has an established work arrangement under which an employee is scheduled to work at least 3 days per week at their designated worksite. _Pay Range**- PM: $ $50.67
- CD PM: $ $54.
