Job description:
- clean glass (usually both interior and exterior) using specialized equipment, primarily water-fed brushes, squeegees and poles,
- wiping frames, sills, tracks, rails

• Safely move ladders to and from vehicles and around job sites
• Climb and work from ladders
• Occasional supplement work: gutter cleaning, low pressure and high pressure washing, solar panels
• Preparing vehicle with equipment needed such as loading DI tanks, power washer, spinner onto vehicle
• Ensure all equipment used is returned to vehicle after work completion
• Interface courteously with customers
• Work harmoniously in a team—generally 2; occasionally 3 people
• If driving, use truck's navigation system and follow directions to job locations
• Work hours: start time generally 5 am with some job start time variables from 5 am—8 am.
• Part time or full time Sunday through Thursday
• Wear company provided shirts, caps/hats
• Wear workappropriate black pants or shorts
• Wear work boots (most work performed while standing)

Qualifications:

• Experience preferred but will train
• Drivers license with good driving record
• Must speak English
• Must provide documentation of legal authorization to work in the United States
• Must have means of transportation to get to and from Monrovia every morning
• Must maintain good grooming such as showering, hair and facial hair trimmed and clean clothes
• Must be able to lift and carry ladders weight ~70 pounds
• Ability to communicate and work well with other workers.
• Transportation to job site provided.
• Job locations primarily commercial with small about of residential.

Job Types:

Pay:
$ $20.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
