YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You are the technical contact person for the construction and renovation of buildings, infrastructure, and outdoor facilities, and plan renovation measures
  • Ensuring and monitoring the technical and infrastructure building management of our locations, in particular according to applicable technical guidelines, standards, and laws
  • Awarding, coordinating, and controlling external trades (e.g. cleaning, security, building services)
  • Optimization and implementation of new developments in technical building management, including evaluation of their eligibility for funding
  • Maintenance and preservation of the property from an economic and ecological perspective
  • Participation in budget planning and compliance for maintenance and investment measures
  • Competent contact person for authorities and external companies
  • Strategic scenario planning in building management as part of the company's strategy

YOUR PROFILE

  • Successfully completed studies in architecture or civil engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in the mentioned area of responsibility and in project management
  • Experience in the area of building applications and cost calculations
  • Secure application of relevant regulations and guidelines (especially BauO NRW, HOAI, fire protection, statics)
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
  • Negotiation skills
