Job Overview:

The Cyber Security Awareness Trainer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and delivering comprehensive cyber security training programs to employees at all levels.

This role is critical in fostering a culture of security awareness and ensuring that our clients are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to protect their organization from cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging cyber security awareness training programs and materials, including presentations, elearning modules, workshops, and seminars.
• Customize training content to meet the needs of different departments and roles within the organization.
• Stay current with the latest cyber security threats, trends, and best practices to ensure training materials are up to date.
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of the training program to measure its effectiveness and make improvements as needed.
• Promote a culture of security awareness through regular communications, campaigns, and interactive activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Cyber Security, Education, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.
• Proven experience in cyber security training or a similar educational role.
• Strong understanding of cyber security principles, practices, and threat landscape.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
• Proficiency in developing multimedia training content using various tools and platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with industry developments.
