We are currently searching for a talented
Structural Engineer in Training (E.I.)
to support our
Southeast Region
in
Tampa, Chipley,
or
Orlando, FL .
The ideal candidate will assist a team of Engineers on a variety of projects such as structural design and engineering studies by performing engineering-related tasks including research, development, design, plans production and delivery on assigned project(s).
What you'll be doing:
Contributes to the preparation or modification of reports, plans, and designs for projects using latest software and 3D Design TechniquesAssists in the preparation of project quantity and cost estimatesPerforms other duties as assignedParticipate in the collection and analysis of data and preparation of satisfactory designsPerform design calculations and conduct investigative analyses toward completion of assigned design tasks, and direct preparation of design specifications
What you need to have:
Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil EngineeringEmphasis in structural knowledge- 4 years of structural engineering experience (preferably FDOT)Previous FDOT experience desired but not requiredEIT (E.
