What can you expect?

  • You are the first point of contact for your colleagues as a service desk employee and take over first level support via ticket system
  • You support our new colleagues in onboarding with your strong service understanding, set up workstations, act as a helpdesk for "Help, my printer is not working" and provide hardware and software access
  • You take care of the equipment of the meeting rooms, our telephony (MS Teams) and coordinate email mailboxes
  • You plan, implement and maintain IT infrastructure solutions for our 30 locations worldwide and are responsible for the availability, performance and security of networks, servers and storage solutions
  • You monitor and analyze system performance data to identify and resolve bottlenecks early on and are responsible for implementing the IT security concept in the network and server/storage area
