What You'll Do
The Assistant Director will support the Director in managing the daily operations of our facility. This role is pivotal in driving membership sales, enhancing client retention, and ensuring optimal customer service and staff management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership and Staff Management:

  • Oversee and refine daily operational practices to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage staff responsibilities, including training, scheduling, and performance accountability.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating ownership and transparency in decisionmaking.
  • Cultivate a proactive work environment by anticipating needs and introducing innovative solutions.

Membership Engagement and Sales:


  • Strategically drive membership and merchandise sales through dynamic presentations of company programs and products.
  • Set daily appointments and diligently follow up with clients, prospects, and leads to enhance client engagement and retention.
  • Develop and implement cuttingedge client retention strategies that resonate with our core values of health, wealth, and relationship growth.

  • Complete all administrative work with a high degree of accuracy and reliability.

  • Proven experience in facility management, sales, or customer service.
