Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Personal Banker.

As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing customer relationships, and promoting financial products and services.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with various banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
Provide information and guidance on financial products and services to meet customer needs
Open new accounts and assist customers with account maintenance
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and personalized service
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner
Perform cash handling duties accurately and efficiently
Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track interactions and identify opportunities for crossselling

Experience:

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the financial services industry
Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and procedures
Proficient in 10key typing and basic math skills
Familiarity with debit/credit transactions and cash handling procedures
Proven sales experience or aptitude for financial sales is highly desirable
