Roar Counselor & Behavior Therapy is seeking an experienced and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team.

This role is pivotal in developing and overseeing the implementation of behavior intervention plans, providing supervision and training to our team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and ensuring the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services to our clients.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention strategies.
  • Design and supervise the implementation of behavior intervention plans.
  • Provide direct supervision, training, and performance evaluations for RBTs.
  • Engage in data analysis to assess the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.
  • Develop and conduct training for caregivers, educators, and other professionals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
  • Maintain rigorous documentation and report on client progress and program effectiveness.
  • Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards as set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
