- Salary range - $121,000 - $175,000

- Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing operations managers.
- Oversee daily operations and the continuous improvement of our operations.
- Provide expert advice on industry best practices, processes, and procedures.
- Establish and monitor departmental processes, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee budgetary planning and adherence to financial targets.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Operations Management, or a related field preferred. (MBA preferred).
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions preferred.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the alarm and security installation industry.
- Strong understanding of security system technologies and installation processes.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
- Experience leading and coaching teams on business and budgeting activities.
