Description

The district of Tomball is looking for a full-time Architect (m/f/d) or State-certified Technician (m/f/d) in the field of building construction to join our team as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

  • Planning, implementation, and coordination of maintenance measures for district-owned properties
  • Planning, tendering, and execution of renovation projects

We expect:

  • Successful completion of a Master's / Bachelor's degree in Architecture or as a Diplom Engineer (University / FH) or a completed training as a State-certified Technician in the field of building construction
  • Sound knowledge in the areas of building maintenance, planning, tendering, and building technology
  • Proficiency in using Office programs, knowledge of ArchiCad is desirable
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to work in a team and take on responsibility
