    Description

    BI Analyst

    Hybrid | No sponsorship | Direct Hire

    Overview:

    • Analyze complex data sets to identify business and market trends. Use statistical tools to interpret data sets
    • Develop and implement data models, data collection systems, data analytics
    • Design, create, and maintain visual reports, dashboards, and scorecards using BI tools (PowerBI)
    • Gather requirements and execute BI strategies that align with organizational goals. Translate business needs into technical specifications and ensure data accuracy and reliability.
    • Assist in the deployment of data to the data warehouse
    • Communicate complex concepts and the results of the analyses in a clear and effective manner to management and other key stakeholders.
    • Identify and validate internal and external data sets generated from a diverse range of business and operational processes

    Qualifications:

    • Business intelligence and reporting software (Power BI, Salesforce, Qlik, etc)
    • Strong communication, project management, organizational, and reporting skills

    Benefits And Compensation:

    • Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000
