Job Summary

Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases Group is searching for a Senior Financial Process, Policy, and Procedures Specialist to align, improve, and drive companywide processes, procedures, and policies in conjunction with improving the accuracy and transparency of the financial reporting.

You will help define and drive long-term strategy and improvements for CEIG's Financial Systems and related processes within the Group and Functional Units.

Responsibilities

  • Develop processes, procedures, and policies related to finance and drive these down through the organization to promote accuracy and efficiency within the Functional Units.
  • Work with cross functional teams to lead, coordinate, and advise on all aspects of the financials including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, developing training and communication solutions, and ensure procedures are followed and implemented.
  • Build and maintain excellent partner and client relationships, interact, and partner with all levels of management to help drive collaborative business decisions.
  • Mentor accounting & finance staff in helping to foster an environment of accountability and high performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10 + years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles.
  • Understand how operational and financial decisions impact financial statements, including impacts to GAAP, IFRS, and JSOX reporting and internal controls.
  • Knowledge of current financial best practices and new technological trends to be able to work with various teams to streamline existing processes.
  • Experience working for large company and within a matrix organization.
  • Exhibit the ability to lead, mentor and develop versatile teams.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate crossfunctionally.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate financial analysis into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems and excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with global colleagues from various countries.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines and long hours as needed.
  • Ability to travel globally.

Annual Salary Range:
