    Job DescriptionDescription:

    Mountain Land Physical Therapy is seeking a PT to join our Salt Lake City team as a pelvic health and outpatient orthopedic therapist. In this role, you will receive $1,500 annually to complete pelvic health continuing education, as well as receive mentorship under the supervision of Madison Splan, PT, WCS. In addition to the mentorship and continuing education funding, this position includes a $75,000-$100,000 annual income, a robust benefits package, and a flexible schedule.

    Many of your patients will be general orthopedic patients, but you will also work collaboratively with Madison to grow the already established pelvic health program.     Location: Millcreek, Utah

    Pay Range: $75,000 - $80,000 annual income or a revenue sharing compensation option with an expected annual rate of $80,000-$100,000. You will also receive $1,500 in annual continuing education and bonuses for clinical excellence.

    Hours & Benefits: This is a full-time, fully benefited position that is eligible to receive medical, dental, vision, and life insurances, as well as 401k and wellness incentives.

    Requirements:
    • Must have at least level 1 certification from APTA or Herman and Wallace Institute
    • Current or ability to obtain PT License
    • Interest in treating pelvic health patients
    • A passion for outpatient orthopedic therapy
