Job Overview the Maintenance Technician:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team.

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities.

This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities for the Maintenance Technician:

Complete repairs to all machinery, facilities, and utilities per work order requests.
Perform major preventative related to electrical and mechanical functions.
Complete maintenance work orders, report work done, parts used, and time spent on each job.
Locates sources of problems by observing machines in operation.
Dismantles machinery and removes/replaces defective parts.
Determines changes in requirements of parts by inspecting and measuring various instruments.
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Qualifications for the Maintenance Technician

High school diploma or equivalent:
Previous maintenance experience required.
Indepth, detailed knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical process.
Proficiency in reading schematics and blueprints both mechanical and electrical.
Basic knowledge of electrical circuits and controllers, including troubleshooting of AC-DC
PLC, motors, systems and controllers.
Has the knowledge and skill to use a variety of hand and power tools as well as shop tools.
Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
Analytically oriented to troubleshoot and establish the root cause of problems.
