Description

We are a small office running a couple of different projects and looking for a p/t full charge bookkeeper/office manager to be the glue in our office and keep our finances in order.


Job Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Manage all aspects of the company's financial transactions
  • Prepare financial statements and reports
  • Conduct account reconciliation
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable duties
  • Process payroll and maintain employee payroll records
  • Monitor and manage budgets
  • Utilize accounting software such as Sage, Quicken, and other relevant tools
  • Perform debits and credits entries accurately
  • Ensure compliance with all accounting regulations and standards

Experience:


  • Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
  • Proficiency in technical accounting skills
  • Familiarity with corporate and governmental accounting practices
  • Strong knowledge of account reconciliation processes
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills

Job Types:
Part-time, Contract


Pay:
$ $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
