Exciting Opportunity
Arizona's #1 Mexican Coffee Shop is looking for a Catering Coordinator. We are a small local business and need someone to oversee all aspects of our catering department. This means you'll be in charge from start to finish.


What the job looks like:

• Maintaining positive relationships with clients and vendors.
• Answering questions from prospects.
• Marketing our catering business. (Don't worry, we won't make you do cold calls)
• Answering customer questions and supporting their catering needs.
• Working alongside the customer to prepare a menu for their event.
• Working with customers on their budget to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Taking care of the food preparation, delivery, and setup.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

We'll give you the tools needed to succeed You'll have:

• Access to our Square Point of Sale system to process orders and track sales.
• Access to the company truck for events.
• And you get to work closely with the baristas and the social media and marketing team to develop innovative and appealing menu options.

Requirements:

• Speaking, reading, and writing in Spanish is required.
• Sales experience required.
• Previous experience in hospitality or food service management is required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
• Knowledge of catering industry trends and best practices.
• Excellent commutation over phone and in person is required.
